As of 12/12/2020, after an update on my Windows computer, my audio on FFXIV no longer plays. It is just FFXIV with this issue. I am on PC and I have tried numerous ways to get the audio back, from: -Changing my Borderless Windowed game to Windowed>Closing the game>Opening game>Going to Fullscreen mode.Not gonna lie, I was excited when I got the code for the Immerse Gamepack. The audio for Final Fantasy XIV is already great, with Soken constantly pumping out new, fabulous tracks and the devs behind the sound engineering always at the top of their game.. It's important to note, though, that the gamepack does not affect the background music of the game and only modifies certain ambient sounds.Have you ever encountered a situation where your monitor is working perfectly fine, but there is no sound? Things I've tried: - Restarting game & Restarting system - Repairing the game / files - Reinstalling my motherboard audio driver - Setting the audio device in sound settings specifically - Checked all volume settings (in-game and in windows) What does work: Conjurer Lv 80. After Windows 10 update, no sound from speakers. I can plug in headphones and I get sound, but otherwise, nothing. This happens regardless of whether I start the game up with headphones in, or not, and even if I plug headphones in and then unplug them while playing.
