2024 15dpo spotting

I’ve had on and off very light cramping today and yesterday and right before my shower the cramps were a tad bit noticeable. I’ve attached my BBT chart as well as the possible implantation bleed. AF isn’t due until next weekend and my cycles are usually 28-30 days. Sounds like implantation!. Crackling in throat
