@XfinityJosephA I've gone this route and Comcast could not resolve it. They finally agreed that the issue is that IPv6 cannot be turned off of the router and that "hopefully an update in the future" will fix things. That was over a year ago. I even joined all the comcast xfinity subreddits on reddit.com and made them aware of the issue.
